- Shipping times
- For the moment we do not yet have stocks in stock, most of the our pieces is produced on customer order. The shipping time is calculated from the moment of payment, ranges from 3 to 7 working days depending on the availability of the product. May increase further on holidays due to the increase in requests.
- Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are free for purchases over € 30 for European countries and vary from € 9 to € 12 for the rest of the world.

- Replacements and Returns
- To make an exchange or return the product must be sent back to our offices. The deadline for each exchange or return is 14 days from receipt of the order. The product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging with the case and each label that accompanied it. The cost of shipping costs will be borne by the customer. - Time for reimbursement
- Once received the goods will be viewed, and if it is validated we will proceed with the refund within 7 working days whose transaction will be notified by email. It will take between 5 and 10 working days (depending on the financial institution) to display it on the bank statement.
